The game started, as some would say, with rather strange lane setups. cwG expected Soul Stealer at the middle lane and sent Predator and Demented Shaman in order to counter his farm, but iLx was a bit ahead of it and decided to try their newly tested strategy by sending Soul Stealer with Glacius on the side lane and sending Wretched Hag to opose potential double mid lane. Also a bit of a mind game was sending the two ranged heroes on the bottom lane to counter the expected Engineer/Glacius lane that they haven't found there. Still sending Soul Reper and Witch Slayer to the bottom lane was proven to be quite a menace to Glacius and Soul Stealer.
As game went on, iLx had big problems on the bottom lane but with interventions by Wretched Hag, Soul Stealer somehow managed to make up for his lack of farm. After all, Soul Stealer is one of the rare heroes that can easily regain expected power. Chipper was hanging really good against Engineer and Accursed on the top lane but it wasn't enough to prevent Engineer from farming.
There were quite a few team battles that have shown the true power of the ultimate combos Legion side as well as healing potential of Hellbourne that turend some fights into Hellbourne's favour.
I can proudly say that P0k3r playing Wretched Hag for iLx has been the man of the match proving that ganking is quite a viable strategy in matches that are high up in competitions. He harnessed the full power of mobility and the damage potential of that hero and gave an excelent example of how one should play that hero, even if opposition has warded well to protect their flanks from such supprise attacks.
iLx was victorious and as a not so know clan, managed to reach the finals of one large competition.
